Airman Alexander O'Brien Graduates from Basic Training

Air Force Airman 1st Class Alexander T. O'Brien graduated from basic military training at Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
The airman completed an intensive, eight-week program that included training in military discipline and studies, Air Force core values, physical fitness, and basic warfare principles and skills.
Airmen who complete basic training earn four credits toward an associate in applied science degree through the Community College of the Air Force.
He is the son of Timmie Miller of Buman Road, Nineveh, N.Y., and Todd O'Brien of Markay Court, Binghamton, N.Y.
O'Brien graduated in 2009 from Harpursville Junior Senior High School, N.Y.
